If, for any reason, you do not wish to use bbBoard v2 after purchasing it, please follow these steps to receive a full refund:

• Delete your installation of the software if you have already set up a copy of bbBoard v2.
• Delete any local copies you may have stored.
• Either use the Request Refund option in the Client Area, or contact the Support Department to request a refund.
• Please note that you must delete your installation of bbBoard v2 before requesting a refund. We will not refund while the software is still active.

If you find a feature in another brand of message board software, and bbBoard v2 does not have an equal version of it, we will implement a better version of that feature! Our customers don.t have to miss out on technical advances . we are always advancing beyond our competition.

Please note that we will not implement a feature if it is not legal to do so, if bbBoard v2 already has a similar feature, or if the feature would, in our opinion, be of little use in our software. Unfortunately, we cannot give a precise date as to when each feature will be implemented, but we aim to add them on a timely basis.
