We are now offering a new pricing scheme - a cheaper license, but without included technical support. The prices for this new scheme are: (Do I need Regular or Business?)
Despite the name, these plans do include some tech support - but only with the installation procedure. If you're having problems with the installation, we're happy to help out. However, after that, if you're using a "No Tech Support" license, if you want tech support, you must upgrade to the full Regular or Business plans. You can upgrade at any point in the future if you wish.

- Do I get all of the features of bbv2 in this cheaper license?
Yes. You get exactly the same software - all that's not included is tech support.
- What if I buy a "No Tech Support" license, but then I need help with something?
If you need tech support from one of our techs (via our support forums, ticket helpdesk or email), you'll need to upgrade your license to a full Regular or Business license. The full licenses include unlimited tech support. You can upgrade from your Client Area. You can upgrade at any time, even years after you've purchased your license.
- No tech support at all? Not even a quick question?
Sorry. The whole idea of having a cheaper "No Tech Support" license is that it doesn't include any tech support at all. If you want tech support, you'll need to upgrade to a full license.
Having said that, we are happy to help out with any problems you have during the installation procedure, and of course any pre-sales or billing questions.
- Do I have to pay anything else? Is this a yearly/monthly fee?
No. The prices listed above are for a one-time payment. Unless you want tech support, or one of our techs to install bbv2 for you, there's nothing else to pay - ever.
- I don't want bbv2 with no tech support. Where are your normal plans?

- Why are these plans so cheap/Why are your normal plans so expensive?
The "No Tech Support" plans, by their very nature, don't include very much after-sale service. Our normal plans, however, include unlimited after-sale service. Over the years, we feel that the tech support we provide is well worth our normal prices. The "No Tech Support" plans are extremely cheap because they don't include potentially years worth of after-sale service, whereas our normal plans are more expensive (although not excessively so) because the price does include that service.
