Installation & Upgrade Services If you already have a bbv2 license (whether a Regular, Business or Free Trial license), and would like your board installing or upgrading by a bbv2 Tech, this is the page for you.

Note: If you're not looking for someone to install/upgrade for you, but are simply having problems with the installation or upgrade procedure, please take a look at our Support Page - where you can contact Support, or see one of our installation tutorials. The information below is only for users who would like bbv2 installed or upgraded for them by one of our techs.

Tech Upgrade Service - if you would like a tech to perform upgrades of your bbv2 board for you.

Installation

The installation script is designed to be as simple as possible - however if you would prefer a bbv2 Tech to perform the installation for you, we're happy to provide that service. The cost for a bbv2 Tech install is 237.53 Yuan. This is a one-time fee.

Note: There is also an option to have a tech install bbv2 for you when you sign up for a paid license. If you have already selected that option, you don't need to pay again! A tech should contact you shortly asking for your web hosting details.

If you would like a Tech to install bbv2 for you, please fill in this short form. You will then be asked to make payment for 237.53 Yuan.

Upgrading

The upgrade procedure is designed to be as simple as possible, however if you would like a bbv2 Tech to perform upgrades to new bbv2 releases for you, you may want to use our Tech Upgrade service. Whenever a new release is available (or, if you prefer, whenever you specifically request), your copy of bbv2 will be upgraded by a bbv2 Tech.

This not only means that you won't have to perform upgrades yourself, it also means that we'll be right there in the unlikely event of anything going wrong.

Our Tech Upgrade service costs just 316.70 Yuan per year. You may cancel the Tech Upgrade service at any time - in that case, you can either continue to have Tech Upgrades for the remainder of the year, or perform upgrades yourself.

It doesn't matter how many releases we make - the price will always be the same. You don't have to pay extra if we go into a releasing frenzy - however many releases we make, a tech will always upgrade your board for you. Of course, you're free to perform upgrades yourself at any time if you wish, but for as long as you have the Tech Upgrade service, we can perform upgrades for you.

If you would like to sign up for our Tech Upgrade service, please fill in this short form. Remember: You don't have to sign up for this service to be able to use new releases of bbv2 - you can perform upgrades yourself in your Admin Area. This service is just for those who may want a Tech to upgrade for them.

Alternatively, for more security, you may want to forward your web host's original e-mail to you (including all the needed details) to support@bbv2.com. Please include your bbv2 license number, so we know it's from you.

Security Note: We need to store your details (username, password etc) to be able to log in to perform the upgrades. Your username and password will not be stored on a public server and will be encrypted. You can rest assured that the only person who ever sees your username/password will be the tech performing upgrades for you.
